Here's her recipe for heart healthy savory walnut pate:
savory walnut pate
1 cup walnuts (in pieces)
handful of parsley
5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup water
1 small garlic clove
1 tsp ground coriander
pinch of cayenne pepper
olive oil
Put the walnuts and parsley in a blender and pulse until the nuts are ground. Then add the feta, water, garlic, coriander, and cayenne, and whiz briefly until smooth. Spoon into a serving dish*, drizzle with a little olive oil, and top with a few parsley sprigs.
