Rolled and Ready!

Costco has Roti! Rotis are wheat tortillas made with duram wheat flour and water. That's it! Two ingredients - when is the last time you had something with 2 ingredients??? Well I don't want to mislead you: Rotiland makes their rotis with a few extra ingredients, but they are rolled and ready and sold at Costco. Can't be terrible for you.



A note to the natives, I would categorize their Rotis in the "Paratha" category.
