Sage and Butternut Squash are the usual pairing, but I didn't have butternut squash. I prefer the nutrients in sweet Potatoes, anyway.
This is an rfr exclusive! Please try this woman-in-a-hurry recipe!
3S Pizza2 shallots, sliced in wedges or diced
15 sage leaves
1 cup of diced sweet potato, 1/2" cubes
1/4 c goat cheese
1 Boboli pizza crust (thin crust)
1 packet of Boboli pizza sauce
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Thaw the pizza crust (instructions on the bag). Spread pizza sauce on the crust, leaving 1" "bare" crust around the perimeter. Top with shallots, then sweet potato cubes, then with sage leaves. Finally, add dollops of goat cheese all over the pizza. Bake according to instructions or until sage leaves are crisp and the sweet potato is lightly browned on the edges (depends on the layering order).
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with your best olive oil. Enjoy!
